"Music to end hunger and poverty"
Join Erin Sydney Welsh and friends as they share their musical talents to raise money to buy a Heifer Ark for Heifer International. Scheduled performers include: Outtafar Trio Jugband, Matt Suroweic, Noah Gokey, Mark Elliott, Dave Miller, and Erin Sydney Welsh
This event is free and open to the public.
Refreshments will be available.
Donations accepted for Heifer International.
Erin's Amazing All-Star Heifer Farm Revue is a group - a movement if you will - of musicians dedicated to spreading positive thought through music and through raising funds to support Heifer International. Our musicians come mostly from Western New York, and include everyone from seasoned professionals to promising newcomers. All share common goals - making great music, having fun doing it, and helping their sisters and brothers around the world.
Through concerts, shows, and benefits, the Revue raises funds for Heifer International - an organization providing animals and farming expertise to poor families and communities in both the U.S. and abroad. Visit http://www.heifer.org to learn about their mission.
The Revue's goal is to raise $5,000 to buy an "Ark" containing two cows, two sheep, two camels, two oxen, two water buffalo, and ten other pairs of animals! We know this won't come easily, but the Revue won't stop until our Ark is afloat!

ASSEMBLE KITS FOR
BABIES OF HAITI
Sat., March 27, 9:00 a.m.
If you've been looking for a hands-on, personal way to touch a life in Haiti, this is it! Throughout Lent, St. Peter's will be collecting supplies to make Baby Kits for Haiti, to be shipped through Church World Services. Each kit must be identical in contents:
Six cloth diapers
Two T-shirts or undershirts (no "onesies")
Two washcloths
Two gowns or sleepers
Two diaper pins
One sweater or sweatshirt
Two receiving blankets (store bought, hand-knitted, or crocheted)
Please bring these items to St. Peter's as soon as possible and put them in the box in the glass foyer. Everyone is welcome to come on March 27 and help us assemble the donations into kits. If you'd like to knit a sweater or sew a gown, patterns are available. If you'd rather donate money, it costs $39 to purchase all the items and $2 to ship them. Please send donations to St. Peter's UCC, marked for "Haiti Relief." Thank you for caring!

GO GREEN - RECYCLE!
As part of our environmental ministry, St. Peter's proudly participates in the Abitibi
Bowater "Paper Retriever" recycling project. At a time when we're all thinking about
being green, let's give our planet the gift of recycling our valuable resources.
There is a yellow and green recycling bin in the church parking lot. We're collecting all
of your old newspapers, catalogs, magazines, junk mail, office paper, fax paper,
notebooks and folders. Proceeds go towards our goal of raising $5000 to purchase
a "Heifer Ark."
NO CARDBOARD, hardcover books, phone books, plastic, metal or trash, please!
If you've got a lot to donate, just give us a call and we'll come pick it up!
